Life today is stressful and complicated. We are bombarded daily by a dizzying array of images that are challenging, sometimes perplexing, and often very disturbing.

With my work, I invite viewers to stop and take a moment, to reflect and contemplate a more simple place.  

I try to recreate, with oils, the presence of nature as it is, as it should be, a view, a glimpse, of a microcosm of a world that they can happily be lost in for a time.
 
I was born and raised in Manhattan and lived in Montclair for over 25 years. I now reside in Clifton, NJ.
